How the first campaigns are set up, before the results are in.
Most case studies are written after the fact and skip the setup. We publish ours the other way round: the goals, the brief, the rights and the measurement wiring first, labelled as a pilot in progress; the results later, with the source and the date of every figure.
Astrara, One Body Now and Quiestra are brands built by the ProvenReel founder. They are the first pilots because they let us learn on our own money and time. Every page says so; results from them are published with the same sources and caveats we would require from any other brand.
No case study is published yet. The pilot stories appear here as soon as the first campaigns are set up.
The same rules we hold members to.
A case study is a claim about results; it follows the standards page.
- No figure without a source and a date
Every result names where it comes from (the connected store, the app’s subscription provider, the attribution report) and when it was read. Estimates are labelled as estimates; unknown stays unknown.
- Quotes with named, dated consent
A quote appears only with the name of the person who approved it and the date. No invented testimonials, no anonymous praise.
- Relationship disclosed
When the brand belongs to the people who build ProvenReel, the page says so at the top. When a client brand is published, it has approved the text.
Your brand could be the first outside case study.
Pilot brands get the same setup documented here and decide what, if anything, is published afterwards.
