1. What this policy covers
This policy explains the cookies and similar storage ProvenReel uses on its website and application, by category, and how you can change your choice at any time. It is generated from the same list of cookies the consent manager enforces, so what you read here is what runs.
2. Categories
- Essential — needed to sign you in, keep your session, protect forms against forgery and remember your cookie choice. Always on; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure service (and, for the consent cookie itself, the law that requires us to remember your choice).
- Functional — remembers conveniences such as interface preferences beyond what the account stores. Off until you accept it. Nothing in this category is set today.
- Analytics — would measure how the site is used. Off until you accept it. No analytics tool is installed today; if one is added, it will appear in the table below before it runs.
- Marketing and attribution — lets a creator referral link you follow be counted (click identifier) so a purchase can be attributed to that creator. Off until you accept it. No advertising network is used.
Your choice is stored for 365 days and asked again when this policy changes version.

Fonts and images are served from ProvenReel itself; no third-party font, image or script service is contacted when you visit.
4. Changing your choice
Open Cookie settings in the footer of any page (or the link in Settings → Privacy) to accept, reject or customise categories. Rejecting non-essential cookies never limits your use of the platform. You can also delete cookies in your browser; the consent manager will then ask you again.
5. Consent records
When you make a choice we log it (an anonymous identifier, the categories, the policy version, the time and a hashed IP address; your user id when you are signed in) so that we can prove what was consented to and honour withdrawals. Records are kept for five years.
