Hosting
The platform is hosted on Laravel Cloud (Laravel LLC) on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States; transactional email is sent through Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC). The full processor register is in the privacy policy.
Content responsibility and reports
Briefs, profiles, messages and deliverables are authored by members, who are responsible for them. To report unlawful content, impersonation or a rights infringement, use the confidential report function in the platform or write to hello@provenreel.com with the URL, the reason and your contact details; a person reviews every report.
Dispute resolution
