Briefs, rights, pricing, disclosure, measurement, contracts and payment flow, written for apps and online stores that want creator content they can actually use.

Most creator collaborations fail quietly. Nobody argues; the video simply arrives late, says the wrong thing, cannot be used in ads because nobody asked, and the only "result" is a screenshot of a view counter. The brand concludes that creators do not work. The creator concludes that brands are chaotic. Both are wrong: the collaboration failed in the brief, the rights and the measurement long before anyone pressed record.
This guide is what we give the brands we run pilots with. It is opinionated, it assumes you sell a mobile app or an online store, and it does not require ProvenReel: everything in it works with a spreadsheet and a lawyer, it is just slower. Where the platform automates a step, we say so once and move on.
What you will be able to do after reading it
Write a one-page brief that a creator can deliver without three rounds of clarification.
Decide which rights you need and pay only for those.
Price a collaboration with a method rather than a guess, and explain the number to your finance team.
Meet disclosure rules in the countries where the content will be published.
Measure what the content did with links, codes and your own CRM, and know when the honest answer is "unknown".
Spot fake engagement before you pay for it.
Run the contract and payment flow so that nobody works without a signed agreement and nobody waits for money they earned.
