Finding people is slow and risky
Scrolling hashtags, guessing at audience location, trusting follower counts that can be bought for a few euros, and writing cold messages that creators rightly ignore.
ProvenReel is one private workspace for the whole collaboration: finding vetted creators, writing a brief they can deliver, agreeing rights and fees, funding the work, reviewing the files, keeping the licences, and seeing what the content did through your own links and CRM.
Free to set up · English, French & Spanish · No charge before terms are shown
Nobody argues. The video arrives late, says the wrong thing, cannot be used in ads because nobody asked, and the only result is a screenshot of a view counter.
Scrolling hashtags, guessing at audience location, trusting follower counts that can be bought for a few euros, and writing cold messages that creators rightly ignore.
The deliverables are in an e-mail, the fee in a DM, the deadline in a call, the rights nowhere. When something goes wrong, nobody can say what was agreed.
A video approved in a chat thread, a licence that expired in March, an ad still running in June. The dispute costs more than the content did.
Views are not sales. Without your own tracked links, codes and a connection to the system where the customer lives, "performance" is a feeling.
Each part below is in the product today. The screenshots come from a demo workspace with example data.
Browse creators by language, topics, formats and availability. Every profile was reviewed by a person before it appeared, and shows which checks were actually done: e-mail, account control, identity or payout verification through our providers. Creators decide whether they are discoverable; brands reach them through published briefs and shortlists, never cold outreach at scale.

The campaign builder walks you through deliverables, dates with a time zone, compensation per line, usage rights by channel, territory and duration, disclosure requirements and the revision policy. Creators apply to the exact version you published; later edits never change what someone agreed to.

An offer becomes an agreement that snapshots the brief version and the terms. Prerequisites are explicit: product shipped or access granted, verification complete, funding in place. The brand funds the agreement through the payment provider before the creator blocks days; the creator sees the money is there; payouts release per line item on approval.

Files are uploaded privately, scanned and versioned. Feedback and approval refer to a specific version, and a replaced file never inherits an earlier approval. Approved content lands in your library with the licence attached: channels, territories, expiry. The library warns before a licence runs out and lets you renew it as a new line.

Short links on a domain you own, promo codes, and connected store or app events are recorded against the collaboration with a written attribution rule: window, priority, net-sale definition, refund handling. Attribution is forwarded to your CRM so lifetime value splits by creator. When a source is not connected, the report says "unknown" rather than inventing a zero.

Sourcing, briefing, coordination and content reviews by a named person in your workspace, with the access you grant, and paid-media support using the rights you agreed. Every engagement is scoped in writing with its own price, separate from the platform fee; the service never replaces your approval authority.

Create your brand, invite the team with roles, add your products and markets. Verify your e-mail; enable two-factor for owners and finance if you want it enforced.
Deliverables, dates, line-item compensation, rights, disclosure. Creators who fit apply with a short pitch; you shortlist.
Send an offer, accept a counter if needed. The agreement freezes the brief version, the fee schedule and the fee policy version.
Fund the agreement through the provider; ship the product or grant app access. The creator starts when the prerequisites are met.
Versions arrive in the workspace; feedback stays attached to the file. Approve the exact version you will use; the licence is recorded.
Posting proof with disclosure, links and codes against the collaboration, attribution into your CRM. Payouts release; reviews are published together; you decide whether to rebook.
Commercial terms are shown inside the workspace before any paid action. Pilot pricing is agreed on request; the structure is this.
Paid through the platform
A platform fee on compensation paid to creators through ProvenReel, added for the brand and never deducted from the creator. Versioned and frozen on each agreement; excludes expenses, taxes, media spend and gifted product value.
Optional
Sourcing, coordination, reviews, paid-media support. Scoped and priced individually in writing, separate from the platform fee. Nothing on this site is a quote.
Planned
An optional subscription for brands that want the workspace, CRM and attribution without paying creators through the platform. Not sold yet; it will be shown here before it is.
Creating an account, inviting your team and preparing briefs is free. We publish no placeholder figures because they would not be true. See the pricing structure
Our first pilot runs with Astrara, One Body Now and Quiestra, the brands we build ourselves. A small number of outside brands join during the pilot; nothing is charged before the commercial terms are shown to you.
Bring them. The workspace is for the brief, the agreement, the files, the licences and the measurement, not for replacing relationships. Importing a creator you already know creates no introduction fee; paying them through the platform does carry the marketplace fee, disclosed before you pay.
Only if the brief and agreement say so. Rights are written per channel, territory and duration, and the library shows them next to each asset. A collaboration never silently includes paid usage.
Profiles are reviewed by a person and show which checks were completed. Publication fees can be tied to a verified live period, performance pay to validated events net of refunds, and self-referrals and test orders are ineligible by rule. We do not claim to catch everything; we structure deals so that fraud does not pay.
The brief requires the exact label for each country and platform, the posting obligation records the live proof with the disclosure visible, and our standards page states the rules we hold members to. Compliance remains the brand's and the creator's legal responsibility; the product makes it hard to forget.
Every brand workspace is isolated: notes, negotiated rates, shortlists and reports never cross between organizations. Astrara, One Body Now and Quiestra are ordinary workspaces with no privileged access to anyone else's data.
Agreements carry cancellation terms and a dispute path: a conversation with a named person first, then a written decision with reasons. Funded amounts are released only on approval or after the agreed live period.
Yes. Set up the workspace, invite the team, prepare briefs and shortlists. Nothing is charged, and no creator payment moves, until the commercial terms are published and shown to you.
Creator profiles, concerns and disputes are reviewed by operators, not by a score. Detectors are evidence for review, never proof.
Sponsored content must carry the disclosures required where it is published; usage rights are explicit in every agreement; no fabricated reviews or results, on this site or in the product.
Essential cookies only by default, granular consent before any measurement, data export and deletion from the account, role-based access with audit trail, two-factor available and enforceable for your team.
Tell us about your product, markets and languages. A person answers within two working days and, if it fits, we set up your workspace and the first campaign together.
A small number of brands run their first campaigns with us during the pilot. Tell us who you are; a person answers, not a sequence.
The creator side of ProvenReel shows terms before you apply, keeps feedback attached to the right version and makes payment status visible.
