Vague briefs, endless revisions
"Make it authentic" turns into five rounds of changes because the brand never decided what it wanted. Nobody pays for round four.
Apply to briefs you actually want to make, see the fee, the deadlines and the rights before you say yes, deliver into a workspace that keeps feedback attached to the right version, and watch your earnings move from earned to paid with the reason for every state.

Most creators lose money not on the content but on everything around it.
"Make it authentic" turns into five rounds of changes because the brand never decided what it wanted. Nobody pays for round four.
A production fee quietly becomes perpetual worldwide rights for paid ads. The brand runs your face for a year; you were paid for a video.
No date, no deposit, a chase every two weeks, and a relationship that ends on a bad note even when the content was good.
Long applications nobody answers, DMs from brands that never read your profile, and no way to know who is serious.

Opportunities match your languages, topics and formats. Each brief states the deliverables, the fee per line, the deadlines with a time zone, the usage rights by channel, territory and duration, and the disclosure label. You apply with a short pitch to that exact version.

Describe what you make, in which languages and formats, and when you are available. An operator reviews the profile once; badges show which checks were completed and when. You decide whether brands can discover you, and you can switch it off at any time. An opt-in public page lets you share your work outside the platform without exposing contact details.

A brand sends an offer with line items; you accept or counter, and the history is kept. Acceptance freezes the brief version and the fee schedule. Prerequisites are explicit: product shipped or access granted, funding in place. Added scope is a change order with its own fee, never a reinterpretation.

Upload privately; files are scanned and versioned. Feedback refers to a specific version, approval too, so there is never a question of which cut was approved. If there is a post, the posting obligation records the URL, the date and the disclosure proof for the agreed live period.

Your earnings page shows what is earned, what is held and why (validation period, funding pending, a dispute), and what has been paid out, per line item, with a downloadable statement. Payouts go through a regulated payment provider to an account you verify once. During the pilot, money is in test mode and the page says so.

An operator reviews the profile once. Badges show exactly which checks were done. You choose whether to be discoverable.
Read the deliverables, fee, dates and rights. Pitch in four lines. Counter the offer if something is off.
The brand funds the agreement and ships the product or grants access. You block days knowing the money is there.
Upload versions, handle feedback in writing, get the exact version approved. Post with the agreed disclosure; record the proof.
Payouts release per line on approval or after the live period. Reviews are published together. Your portfolio grows with facts.
The commercial terms are shown inside every brief and agreement before you commit.
Always
Creating a profile, being reviewed, applying to briefs, messaging and delivering cost nothing.
Per agreement
The platform fee is charged to the brand on top of your agreed compensation, never deducted from it. The exact amount, currency and timing are shown before you accept.
Payouts
Payouts go to an account you verify once. Any provider or currency-conversion cost is disclosed on the agreement, not discovered on the statement.
Payments open once the commercial terms are published; the platform tells you before anything moves. See the pricing structure
Our first pilot runs with Astrara, One Body Now and Quiestra, the brands we build ourselves. A small number of outside brands join during the pilot; nothing is charged before the commercial terms are shown to you.
No. Brands buy two different things: production (content for their own ads and pages, where your craft matters and your audience does not) and publication (posting to your audience). Many creators on the platform do production only.
You do, unless the agreement says otherwise. Brands receive a licence limited to the channels, territories and duration written in the agreement. Paid advertising use needs explicit permission, and you keep the right to show your work in your portfolio unless a confidentiality period applies.
No. Access to the platform is not consent to be contacted. Brands reach creators through published briefs and opt-in discovery; cold outreach at scale is against the marketplace rules.
Your agreement froze the brief version and the fee schedule. New scope is a change order with its own fee and date. Revisions inside the brief are limited to the agreed rounds; reshoots because the brand changed its mind are paid.
Per line item, on approval of the deliverable or after the agreed live period of a post, to a payout account you verify once with the payment provider. Your earnings page shows what is earned, held and paid, with the reason for every state. During the pilot, money is in test mode.
The brief states the disclosure label required where the post is published, and regulated products come with an approved claims sheet. If a brief asks for something you cannot honestly say, say so in your pitch; our standards back you.
You can export your data and request deletion from your settings. Personal fields are anonymised; records needed for existing contracts and financial compliance are kept in anonymised form, and the exception is explained to you.
Profiles, concerns and disputes are reviewed by people. A brand that breaks the marketplace rules faces the same review you do.
Usage rights are written into every agreement. Sponsored content carries the required disclosure, and we never ask you to hide a partnership or make a claim you cannot support.
