Content library and licences
Where approved content lives, what each licence allows, and what happens when it expires.
For brands
Approved deliverables appear in the content library with their licence: organic and paid usage, channels, territory and end date. Download only what the licence allows. Licences ending within 30 days are listed first with a warning; an extension is an amendment the creator must accept.
The library keeps the exact file version that was approved, so what you use is what was agreed.
For creators
Your content page lists everything you delivered that was approved, with the licence the brand holds on it. It is your record of who may use what and until when.
Media
The media library is where files are uploaded before they are attached to a submission or a message. Files are scanned, stored privately and visible to the other side only once attached.
After expiry
New uses stop when the period ends. Content already published stays published unless the terms say otherwise. A brand that wants to keep using the content asks for an extension; the creator can accept, counter or decline.
