Threads

Every application and collaboration has its own thread, kept with the record it belongs to. Agreements and payments always happen on the platform, so the thread stays the record of what was said. System messages mark the important moments (offer sent, accepted, funded, approved).

Attachments go through the media library and are scanned.

Notifications

• In-app notices appear on the notifications page and the bell.
• E-mail is sent per category according to your preferences. Transactional notices about money and agreements cannot be fully switched off, because you must be able to see them.
• Lifecycle e-mails (welcome, first campaign, application received or decided, offer waiting, deadline within 48 hours, payout sent) are sent once per event; the notifications page shows the send log so nothing is silent.
• Daily digest at 08:00 in your time zone lists what waits on you; nothing is sent when nothing waits.
• Quiet hours hold e-mails during the hours you set and send them afterwards.

Outreach from brands

Brands can only message creators through applications and collaborations. There is no cold messaging between accounts.
