Privacy and data requests
What is stored, who sees it, how to export or erase your data, and what is kept for legal reasons.
What is stored
Your account, profile, applications, messages, agreements and payment records; for creators, nothing about your bank details (the payout provider holds them). Clicks on tracked links store no IP address.
Who sees what
A brand sees your profile and what you share in applications and collaborations with it. Other brands see nothing of that. The ProvenReel team sees what it needs to review profiles, run checks and decide cases; support staff see a collaboration only when you grant temporary access.
Your requests
From Settings → Privacy:
- Export your data as a file, ready within a few days and available for seven days.
- Erasure: your personal data is removed or anonymised. Records that must be kept (agreements, payments, invoices, consent proofs) are retained as the law requires and listed in the outcome you receive.
- Consents: every consent you gave, with the text version and the date; withdraw one at any time.
Requests are confirmed by password and handled by a person.
