Applications: sending, reviewing, deciding
What an application contains, what brands see, how shortlisting works and when it can be withdrawn.
For creators
An application has a pitch in your own words, an optional proposed fee, delivery language, availability and up to a few portfolio links. Applying shares your profile and pitch with that brand only. You must have acknowledged the content policy first.
You can withdraw while no offer is open. A withdrawn application stays in your history but the brand no longer sees it as active.
For brands
Applications appear on the campaign page with the pitch, the proposed fee if any and the profile. You shortlist or decline; the creator sees the decision and nothing else. Shortlisting opens the Send offer action; it is not an agreement.
Only one active application per creator and campaign exists at a time; the platform refuses duplicates even if two people click at once.
What happens next
- Shortlisted → an offer may follow; the creator is told by e-mail when it arrives.
- Declined → final for this campaign; the creator may apply to others.
- Campaign closed → remaining applications are closed with it.
