Finding and shortlisting creators
How discovery filters work, what badges mean, and what inviting a creator does and does not commit you to.
Discovery
The creators page lists approved profiles. Filters match the creator's declared topics, languages, markets, formats and availability. Verified badges come from checks run by the ProvenReel team (identity, handle ownership), not from the creator's own claims.
Saved searches tell you when newly approved creators match a filter set. Nothing is sent to the creators.
Shortlists
A shortlist is a private list for a brief or a theme. Creators on it are not notified. Use it to compare a few profiles before inviting.
Invitations
Inviting a creator to a campaign sends them the brief with a note from you. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing: an invited creator still applies, and you still decide. Invitations expire with the application deadline.
Reviews
After a completed collaboration both sides can leave a review; reviews are published only when both have written one or the window closes. Published reviews appear on the creator's page and, for brands, on the creator-side campaign page.
