The brand kit

Products, claims and assets creators can rely on, kept in one place and reused by every brief.

The brand kit is what creators read before they pitch and while they produce. A complete kit means fewer questions in the inbox and fewer revision rounds.

What goes in

  • Products. Name, kind (app, physical, service…), availability and markets, a short price note. A brief can reference a product so the creator knows exactly what to show.
  • Claims. What may be said and what may not. Regulatory wording lives here once, not in every brief.
  • Assets. Logos, packshots, music you own the rights to. Files stay private until attached to a brief or a message.
  • App access instructions if creators need a test account.

Versions

The kit keeps versions. A brief references the version that was current when it was published, so a creator is never held to a claim that changed after they read the brief.

Who edits it

Admins and campaign managers. Owners can set a review date on a product so someone checks availability before the next campaign.
