Your profile and approval

What a good profile contains, how review works and what each status means.

Brands search by topic, language, market and tone. A profile that says clearly who you make content for and what it looks like is found more often than a long one.

What to fill in

  • Bio of a few sentences in your own words.
  • Topics and languages. Briefs are matched on both; an empty list means you appear in no search.
  • Portfolio or main handle. One link to real work is enough.
  • Formats, fee band and availability. They help brands send offers that fit.

Review

A person on the ProvenReel team reads every profile. The statuses are:

Status Meaning
Submitted Waiting for review. Brands cannot see you yet.
Changes requested Something needs an edit; the note on your home page says what. Edit and resubmit.
Approved Brands can find you and you can apply.
Rejected The profile does not fit the platform's standards; the note explains why.

Review normally takes a few days during the pilot. You are notified on your home page and by e-mail.

Public page

Your profile is private to signed-in brands by default. You can switch on a public page later, from your settings; it shows approved facts, badges and published reviews, never contact details.
