Your first week as a brand
The task list on your overview, what each step unlocks and the order that saves time.
The overview page shows a task list. Each item ticks itself only when the record that proves it exists; nothing here is a guess.
In this order
- Website and description. Creators read them before pitching.
- Brand kit. At least one product with availability and markets, plus the claims creators may and may not make. Briefs reuse it.
- Team. Invite the person who runs campaigns and the person who approves payments, each with their own role. One shared login is the most common cause of confusion later.
- First campaign. Write a concrete brief: format, number of pieces, length, deadline, rights. Publish when ready; applications close automatically once every slot has an accepted agreement.
- Review applications. Shortlist a few, decline the rest. Creators only see the decision.
- Send an offer from a shortlisted application. Keep the rights to what you will actually use.
- Fund the agreement when the creator accepts. Work cannot start before that.
- Approve the first submission. This releases the creator's earnings and creates your licence.
- Connect your funnel or CRM if you want attribution. Until a connection reports, the performance report says unknown, never zero.

The guided tour walks through the workspace one page at a time; restart it from the help menu at the bottom of the sidebar. Every page also has small i tips next to the choices that matter.
