How ProvenReel works for creators
Profile, applications, offers, funded agreements, uploads, approval and payout, explained once.
ProvenReel is a place where brands publish briefs and work with approved creators under written terms, with the money held on the platform before you start.
Your path
- Profile and approval. You complete your profile; a person on the ProvenReel team reviews it. Until it is approved, brands cannot find you and you cannot apply. If something needs a change you are told exactly what.
- Opportunities. Published briefs that match your topics, languages and markets, plus direct invitations from brands. Each brief states the deliverables, the fee, the deadline and the usage rights asked for.
- Applications. You pitch in your own words. The brand shortlists or declines; you see the decision. You can withdraw while no offer is open.
- Offers. A shortlisted application can lead to an offer with structured terms. Read the rights line carefully, then accept, counter or decline. Only an accepted version binds anyone.
- Funding. The brand pays the agreed total on the platform. Your deadlines start only when the funding is confirmed (or when a promised product or app access is confirmed). During the pilot payments run in test mode.
- Delivery and approval. You upload each deliverable in the collaboration workspace. The brand asks for changes within the agreed rounds or approves. Approval releases your earnings and creates the brand's licence.
- Payout. Approved amounts become eligible on your earnings page and are paid to the account you set up with the payout provider. Set it up early; nothing can be paid without it.
What you keep control of
You decide which briefs to apply to and which offers to accept. Exclusivity, paid usage and worldwide rights are always visible before you commit, and you can price them in a counter-offer.
