How ProvenReel works for brands
From a brief to licensed content in six steps, with money held on the platform and every decision recorded.
ProvenReel connects a brand with approved creators for a defined piece of work. Nothing happens by surprise: each step needs an explicit action from one side or the other, and the platform keeps the record.
The six steps
- Publish a brief. A campaign says what you need, by when, for which fee and with which usage rights. Drafts are private; a published brief is visible to approved creators whose languages and markets match.
- Receive applications. Creators pitch in their own words. You shortlist or decline; the creator sees the decision and nothing else.
- Send an offer. From a shortlisted application you send structured terms: deliverable lines, fee, rights, deadlines, revision rounds. The creator accepts, counters or declines. Nothing is binding before acceptance.
- Fund the agreement. The accepted total plus the platform fee is paid on the platform before work starts. During the pilot the payment provider runs in test mode: no real money moves, everything else behaves as it will live.
- Review and approve. The creator uploads each deliverable in the collaboration workspace; you request changes within the agreed rounds or approve. Approval releases the creator's earnings.
- Use the content. Approved files appear in your content library with their licence: channels, territory and end date. Expiring licences are flagged early.
What the platform does not do
It does not decide for you: ProvenReel never shortlists, approves or publishes on your behalf. It does not take money outside the funded agreement. And it does not hide anything from the other side that affects their work: the creator sees the same terms you see.
Where to start
The overview page has a task list checked against your real records. Fill in the brand kit first; it makes every brief shorter to write and every application better informed.
