Fees, receipts and invoices
Who pays the platform fee, how it is frozen per agreement, and which documents are issued.
The fee
The platform fee is paid by the brand on top of the creator's amount. The rate comes from the pricing policy current when the offer is sent and is frozen in the agreement's fee snapshot, so a later policy change never touches an existing agreement. Each deliverable line shows its own fee.
Creators receive what the agreement says; nothing is deducted by ProvenReel.
Documents
| Document | When | For |
|---|---|---|
| Receipt | Each confirmed brand payment | The brand, on the billing page |
| Invoice | Managed-service orders | The brand |
| Earnings statement (CSV) | Any time | The creator, from the home page |
Numbers are sequential per series and year. Documents are immutable: a correction is a new document.
Tax
Tax is not applied during the pilot and every document says so. The treatment depends on the contracting entity and launch markets, which are decisions still open. You will be told before any change.
