Payouts for creators

Payout account, what eligible means, when money moves and what happens in test mode.

Your payout account

The payout provider collects your identity and bank details directly on its own pages; ProvenReel never sees them. Until the account is active, approved amounts wait as eligible and nothing is lost. Set it up early so your first approval does not wait on paperwork.

From approval to your bank

  1. Approval of a deliverable makes its amount eligible.
  2. A payout bundles eligible amounts on the schedule shown on your earnings page.
  3. In transit means the provider is moving it to your bank; the arrival date shown is the provider's estimate.
  4. Paid when the provider confirms.

If a payout fails, the amounts return to eligible and are retried; you are told why.

Held amounts

An amount tied to an open case is held until the case closes.

Fees

The brand pays the platform fee on top of your amount; nothing is deducted from what the agreement says you earn, except charges your bank or the provider applies on their side.

Test mode

During the pilot payouts are simulated: the statuses move exactly as they will live, but no money reaches a bank account. Your earnings page shows the test-mode notice while this is the case.
