What the ProvenReel team can do for you under a mandate, how orders and change orders work.
Beyond the marketplace, the ProvenReel team can run parts of the work for you: campaign management, creator outreach, ad operations on your accounts, reporting.
How it works
- Mandate. A written scope of what the team may do on your behalf, with limits. Nothing happens outside it.
- Order. Each piece of work is an order with its scope, effort and price, confirmed by you before it starts.
- Change order. If the scope changes, a change order shows the difference; you confirm before the team continues.
- Invoice. Issued per order on your billing page, separate from creator agreements.
Ad accounts
When the team runs ads, it does so on your own ad accounts with an authorisation you can revoke at any time. Reports show spend and results from the platform's own data.
During the pilot
Services are offered to the founder brands first. Pricing is shown per order, never as a public rate card.
